The Westfalia Möbel-Peeck Concept
At Westfalia Möbel-Peeck, we offer our customers high-quality furnishing solutions for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms across 5,000 square meters at our Mannheim furniture store and 4,000 square meters at our Worms furniture store. Our two kitchen showrooms combined cover an area of over 1,500 square meters, where you can discover more than 100 constantly changing display kitchens.
Even as an experienced company, we are temporarily and repeatedly affected by the restrictions associated with the pandemic. But don't worry, we are still here for you! To offer you the most relaxed and at the same time safe shopping experience possible, we have developed various solutions, which we will explain in more detail below.
Click & Meet
Online shopping is all well and good, but especially when it comes to large items like furniture, it's worth seeing them in person. Seeing materials live, testing a seat or bed, or hearing how quietly a cabinet door actually closes: Click & Meet makes all this possible. It's a great concept for customers, as it allows (provided current official regulations permit) a visit by appointment with plenty of distance for your safety live on site in our showrooms. All you need is a surgical mask or FFP2 mask. Simply contact us to arrange your consultation appointment!
Online Planning
If you prefer to plan from the comfort of your home, we also offer the ideal service for this. Our experienced specialist advisors will be happy to virtually plan your kitchen or living concept with you. During the appointment, you can watch us implement your furnishing and kitchen wishes in a photorealistic 3D representation. Our online planning takes place in four simple steps:
- Request your consultation appointment: by phone at 0621 - 727 08 0, by e-mail at info@moebel-peeck.de, or via our contact form.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation by e-mail.
- Download the Microsoft Teams App to your smartphone or tablet, or use the web app in your browser.
- At the agreed time, click on the link in your confirmation email and allow microphone (and possibly camera) access.
Contactless Delivery
Once you have chosen your desired solution, we will deliver it directly to your home and take care of the assembly as usual – naturally, in compliance with current safety regulations. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to advise you.
