The Vala program from Hartmann Möbelwerke is a holistic living system made of solid core oak natural. From sideboards to highboards and display cabinets to wall panels and lowboards, the living and dining areas can be completely designed - each piece of furniture works as a solitaire and in an ensemble.
Characteristic is the strongly brushed surface: The wood is treated twice with matt UV water lacquer, sanded between coats, and finally waxed. Core cracks and wing knots remain visible, making each piece unique. The light oak darkens over the years and takes on a warmer, slightly yellowish tone.
Illuminated shelf and display cabinet elements set targeted accents; the glazed display cabinets make the glass shelves appear almost free-floating due to the indirect lighting.
The living program is complemented by matching dining tables and chairs, so that living and dining can be planned consistently from one material world.
