Dining set echt.zeit

The echt.zeit table group from Team 7 embodies the Austrian manufacturer's signature style for natural wood furniture: the tabletop is crafted from two planks of a single tree trunk, with the natural live edge remaining visible, making each piece unique. Slim, recessed side panels made of burnished steel support the imposing top, deliberately focusing attention on the physical presence of the wood. Integrated wooden trivets are a typical detail, as is the dismantlable connection between the two tabletop elements.

The echt.zeit can be configured as a rectangular solid wood table: wood types such as oak, knotty oak, or walnut are available to choose from, as are various surface finishes ranging from smooth oiled to rustic brushed, plus different table lengths for more compact or decidedly generous dining parties. Benches and chairs from the Team 7 range can be combined with it, available with wooden legs, metal runners, or cantilever frames. The version shown here is executed in rustic brushed, natural oiled oak, complemented by the Nox bench with metal runners and four Magnum cantilever chairs.
