The FOKUS shelving unit from the East Westphalian manufacturer Sudbrock is a modular carcass system whose strength lies in the free configurability of the front. Side panels and shelves define the grid in which doors, flaps, drawers and open compartments can be arranged in almost any order. This creates a piece of furniture from a calm basic structure that functions equally well as a bookcase and living room shelf or as a room-defining wall unit with storage space for media.
FOKUS is available in a wide range of smooth lacquer colors as well as in real wood veneers such as wild oak, Sahara oak, anthracite oak, gray oak and natural walnut, supplemented with glass elements and glass shelves. The hardware ranges from push-to-open fittings for handleless fronts to cable pulls for flaps. Carcass depths and heights can be selected within the system, allowing the shelving unit to be precisely tailored to the wall situation.
