The nox sideboard is a design by Jacob Strobel for the Austrian solid wood manufacturer TEAM 7 and is one of their calmest, yet technically sophisticated occasional furniture programs. The series' hallmark is the characteristic S-shaped corner joint of the top and side surfaces, which, together with the deliberately strong material thicknesses, emphasizes the value of solid wood. Behind the flush-mounted sliding doors made of palladium glass, favorite pieces can be showcased with targeted LED lighting, while the self-closing drawers close quietly and independently of the user.
nox is produced in a wide range of natural wood types, including oak, wild oak, white oiled oak, smoked oak, walnut, wild walnut, alder, cherry, beech, and core beech, each naturally oiled as standard. The sideboard can be configured with drawers, revolving doors, or the characteristic sliding doors; the glass element can be arranged on the left or right. A recessed plinth frame is available as a base option, and square handles in stainless steel or matte black are available. This version is made of solid oiled oak with palladium glass.
