Floret is a design by Kati Meyer-Brühl for the Brühl manufactory in Bad Steben. The series includes armchairs as well as two- and three-seater sofas and, with its softly flowing, slightly flared contours, curved lines, and delicate legs, evokes the organic forms of Art Nouveau. Despite its delicate silhouette, Floret is designed as an everyday seating furniture that looks equally good as a standalone piece or in groups.
As is customary with Brühl, all covers are removable and replaceable, allowing for later re-upholstery in a different fabric or leather. The choice of covers ranges from structured woven fabrics to fine flat weaves to leather qualities, each in a wide range of colours. The legs are made of delicate flat steel and are available in different finishes, such as polished chrome, black lacquered, or colour-coated. The variant shown here is upholstered in fabric 4473 0070, with polished chrome flat steel feet.
