This swivel armchair is a configurable upholstered furniture item in the style of a classic lounge and reading chair. Such models are predominantly offered by specialized upholstery manufacturers as part of a product range: the body, seat height, base, and upholstery are individually selected upon order. The Lastilux suspension gives the seat a soft, body-hugging feel without the front edge sinking in.
A wide range of fabrics and leather qualities are available for the upholstery, from smooth split leathers and pigmented furniture leathers to more open aniline finishes. For the base, classic star bases and cross bases are common, available in matte black, lacquered, or metallic finishes, depending on how discreet or prominent the chair is intended to be in the room.
The version shown here is upholstered in W10 Grey leather, quality L40, and features the standard seat height with a black cone base.
