The Girona wall unit is part of MCA Furniture's solid wood range and, in contrast to the manufacturer's partially solid series, consistently relies on solid knotty or beam oak throughout. The front and frame exhibit the typical lively grain with knots, cracks, and end-grain edges, which retain their natural character thanks to an oiled surface. The aesthetic is deliberately rustic and heavy, without veering into a country-house style.
Girona is offered as a modular wall program and can be assembled from a display cabinet, TV lowboard, and wall shelf in various widths. In addition to the classic oiled version, the series is also available in a lighter Bianco finish; discreet LED lighting can be added to accentuate the wood structure in the display cabinet sections.
The version shown here is crafted in solid knotty or beam oak, configured in the specified width, and includes lighting.
